Reimagining Spotify’s audio ads with a flexible, frictionless experience.

2019-2021

Project

Spotify Advertising
(Spotify)

Overview

We partnered with Spotify to create an engaging digital ecosystem that helps brands understand how to reach audiences through audio advertising. By examining moments across the journey—from expressive brand touchpoints to core functional steps—we identified and resolved friction in the ad-building experience and introduced interactions that encourage meaningful forward progress.
The visual identity was built for flexibility, using a modular system that adapts easily to special events and unique content while remaining true to Spotify’s broader brand.

Bringing Spotify Culture Next insights to life through and immersive digital experience.

2020

Project

Culture Next
(Spotify)

Overview

Spotify partnered with Huge to bring their Culture Next report—an analysis of global generational behavior informed by listening data—into an engaging digital format. The experience centered on five topics that mirrored the report’s chapters, supported by flexible modules that could be arranged in different sequences while preserving a clear narrative flow.
We also developed immersive data moments that highlighted key insights in memorable ways, encouraging users to dive deeper into each chapter’s content.

Creating flexible, reusable digital experiences for innovative learning.

2019

Project

Innovative Learning
(Verizon)

Overview

We created an immersive digital experience to educate B2B audiences about Verizon’s education initiatives. The modules were designed for reusability, enabling Verizon to adapt them for future experiences. Each component was documented for the internal team, ensuring they could independently manage similar projects going forward.
Modules could be stacked and arranged in flexible ways, providing a reliable system for future use. The final experience increased engagement and time on-page, establishing a strong benchmark for measuring similar digital initiatives.

About

I'm a designer based in New York City, currently working as a staff experience designer at Airbnb. My focus is on shaping product experiences across core reservation flows, including payments and trip configuration. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure these surfaces are seamless, human-centered, and expressive of Airbnb's distinctive brand. My work bridges systems-level thinking with craft, helping to simplify complex journeys while maintaining the magic of the Airbnb experience.
Previously, I was a product design manager at Squarespace, where I led the team responsible for the design strategy and creative direction of Squarespace.com. Our team focused on top-of-funnel experiences—designing pathways that not only attracted new users but helped them meaningfully engage with the product from the outset.
Before that, I was a senior visual designer at Huge, a digital agency based in Brooklyn. There, I partnered with clients such as Spotify, Verizon, Citrix, and Vanguard to design digital experiences across a range of industries.

Squarespace Domains
(Squarespace)

Overview

Our in-house team at Squarespace redesigned the domain purchase flow to make it easier for users to quickly discover relevant domain options and seamlessly buy multiple domains at once. The goal was to streamline decision-making while giving users a clearer sense of control throughout the process.

We also elevated the visual craft, introducing polished animations and intuitive patterns that clarified how domains were added to the cart and encouraged users to secure additional domains to strengthen their online presence.
